Cleaning
As this is a private villa, we do not clean the rooms or change the sheets during your stay. However, if you notify us in advance (one day in advance), we will be able to accommodate you at an additional charge. If you stay more than 3 nights in a row, we will clean your room and change the sheets on the 3rd night free of charge.

From the day before to the day of reservation: 100% of the room charge including tax.
7 days or more before the reservation date: 80% of the room charge including tax.
14 days or more before the reservation date: 50% of the room charge including tax.
30 days or more before the reservation date: 30% of the room charge including tax. -
